Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of funding management in Madrasah Diniyah in Pangebatan Village, Bantarkawung Sub-district, Brebes Regency, in improving the quality of education. Using a qualitative approach through observation and interviews, the study found that the madrasah faces several challenges such as limited funding, low community participation, and weak management. Despite these obstacles, the madrasah implements strategies such as periodic financial planning, seeking support from donors, and efficient use of funds. These strategies have had a positive impact on teacher motivation, learning facilities, and community trust, demonstrating that madrasahs can develop even with limited resources.
