Every year there are more and more cases of child trafficking in Indonesia. Like their various motives for entering into the world of prostitution and others, in this case the Indonesian government has certainly collaborated with ECPAT as the organization that manages commercial sexual exploitation in Indonesia. In writing this article, it aims to find out the condition of child trafficking in Indonesia by collaborating with the Indonesian government with ECPAT to deal with child trafficking problems. The formulation of the problem focuses on how the impact of transnational organized crime on child trafficking has become an international problem. The research was conducted using a qualitative method using a descriptive analysis approach. According to Robert O. Keohane and Robert Axelrod that the success of a collaboration depends on shared interests, the number of actors involved and the shadow of the future (shadow of the future). There are results obtained, namely a collaboration between the Indonesian government and ECPAT in Indonesia has not been successful, the causative factor is the lack of feedback between actors in the collaboration between the Indonesian government and ECPAT.
