Analisis Geopolitik Perbatasan Terhadap Konflik Line Actual Control (LAC) China-India Tahun 2020

Abstrak

Border is a form of state sovereignty. Sovereignty is absolute power over a certain area as the basis for state formation. Borders must have clear boundaries. Clarity about the boundaries of other countries' territories must be strengthened to avoid conflicts over border disputes. Borders are also often an issue of conflict between bordering countries due to mutual claims regarding border areas. State claims regarding border areas often occur due to differences in perspective regarding border areas. China and India are one example of countries that claim each other regarding the exact border area located on the Line of Actual Control which is a dispute between these two countries. The claims made by China and India became a conflict issue that claimed lives and injured victims as a result of the conflict that occurred at the Line Actual Control. In this case the problem area is Aruachal Pradesh.

This study uses secondary data, namely the China-India Line Actual Control border conflict in 2020 in Arunachal Pradesh in accordance with news about foreign policy from both China and India. as well as other sources such as documents, books, the internet and websites. In addition, the author also uses Border Geopolitics to analyze the problems that occur. In addition, the author also uses national interests that can be used as the purpose of seizing the territory of Arunachal Pradesh which is on the Line Actual Control border line.
