Abstract

Editorial management is used to find out how an online media is in the news production process to provide news to the audience through five stages, namely planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling. This research aims to find out how the editorial management of the online media TribunJateng.com deals with accident news via its website and social media, which is based on the intense competition in online media in the current digital era. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, where analysis in the field is carried out as an instrument with data collection methods including observation, interviews and documentation methods on TribunJateng.com media.
