KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN BERBASIS NILAI PROFETIK DAN KOMUNIKASI HUMANIS DALAM PENGUATAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH BERKARAKTER: ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK
Abstract
This research aims to map the development of scientific literature related to women's leadership based on prophetic values and humanistic communication in an effort to establish character-based school culture. By employing a bibliometric approach supported by VOSviewer software, an analysis was conducted on 499 documents sourced from the Scopus database using the following search string: (“prophetic leadership” OR “kepemimpinan profetik” OR “female leadership” OR “kepemimpinan perempuan” OR “character education” OR “pendidikan karakter” OR “Islamic education” OR “pendidikan Islam” OR “school culture” OR “budaya sekolah”). This analysis includes keyword mapping (co-occurrence), temporal dynamics (overlay visualization), and author collaboration networks (co-authorship). The findings reveal that character education and school culture are the primary themes in this discourse, whereas prophetic values such as siddiq, amanah, fathonah, and tabligh have not yet been extensively addressed. Temporal visualisation indicates a shift in research focus towards contemporary issues such as resilience, e-learning, and citizenship education. The structure of collaboration among authors suggests that the academic network remains fragmented, with several key authors such as Indah Suciati, Abdul Manaf, and Amat Jaedun acting as connectors between clusters. This research is limited to a single database and does not encompass in-depth content analysis or theoretical approaches. Consequently, it is recommended that further research expand the scope of data, integrate qualitative approaches, and develop a contextual and transformative model of women's leadership based on prophetic values.
