Positif confirmed in Indonesia are increasing everyday and reached 4.232.009 as of 14 October 2021. Government conducts mass vaccination to break the chain of spread and create herd immunity in public. The vaccination rate in Indonesia reaches 104.308.945 as of 14 October 2021, just reached 50% of the vaccination target. This study used a quantitative description method by using a questionnaire with a sample of 372 people, in the study using multiple linear regression analysis methods assisted by the SPSS application. After the research was carried out, the results obtained were 71,9% of respondents with good knowledge 9.8%, enough knowledge 26,7% and not good knowledge 1,3%. Respondents who experienced side effects were 76,2% and not experienced were 23,8%. T test results show the influence of knowledge on willingness to vaccinate with p Value 0,000 &lt; 0,05 and effect of side effects on willingness to vaccinate with p Value 0,010 &gt; 0,05. Pemanis buatan ini memiliki batas maksimum dalam penggunaanya yaitu 3 g/kg BB. Siklamat biasanya sering digunakan dalam jenis minuman seperti minuman kemasan dan olahan karena harganya yang relatif murah dan memiliki tingkat kemanisan 30 kali dari gula. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kandungan senyawa siklamat dan mengetahui kadar siklamat pada minuman kemasan dan olahan yang beredar di pasar wilayah kecamatan Bumiayu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah non-eksperimental. Analisis dilakukan dengan 2 jenis, yaitu analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya kandungan siklamat pada minuman kemasan dan olahan sedangkan analisis kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar siklamat yang terdapat pada sampel dengan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis.</p> <p>Hasil identifikasi kualitatif dengan metode pengendapan yang dilakukan pada sampel 5 minuman kemasan dan 5 minuman olahan diperoleh 1 sampel positif mengandung siklamat yaitu sampel minuman kemasan dengan kode C. However, processing these oranges produces unused waste, namely waste from mandarin orange peels. So to utilize waste in a simple way, namely by using aromatherapy candles from skin essential oilsmandarin <em>(Citrus reticulata). </em>The method used in the extraction of essential oils is the steam distillation method. Making aromatherapy candle preparations from the essential oil of mandarin orange peel, namelywith solid paraffin and stearic acid in a ratio (3:1) of 25 grams and 75 grams. Mix the wax material then add 0.1 grams of tartazine dyeand essential oils as much as 3 grams and 5 grams. The results of the evaluation of aromatherapy candle preparations with the parameter of long-lasting candle flame, namely formula 0 burns for longer (2 hours 50 minutes) than other formulas. The results of the testing of the melting point of the wax produced are 55 °C – 57 °C. In the organoleptic test questionnaire in the form of shape, color and smell, the respondents 'liked' and 'very much liked' the formulas I and II. For testing the questionnaire with the candle aroma parameter, formula II has a high value of 'very like' (31.80%) because the aroma of the essential oil is more pungent.</p> Dwi Yuliani Alfiyah Alfiyah M. The prevalence of asthma sufferers is increasing </em><em>from</em> <em>year to year and requires no small amount of treatment costs. This study aims to determine the cost-effectiveness of using Dry Powder Inhaler in Asthma Patients at the Pulmonary Clinic of RSUM Siti Aminah Bumiayu 2021. This type of research is observational (non-experimental). Prospective data collection was carried out cross-sectionally using the ACT (Astma Control Test) questionnaire and obtained a sample of 33 patients. The data analysis technique was carried out by analyzing the cost-Effectiveness and therapeutic use of Dry Powder Inhaler using the percentage formula for therapeutic effectiveness, the Average Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ACER) formula, and the Incremental Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ICER) formula. The total import value in 2018 was the US $ 5 billion. Paracetamol is one of the raw materials for drugs that are still imported. Paracetamol can be prepared by acetylation of <em>p-</em>aminophenol. This study aims to find acetylation that produces optimal products in the synthesis of paracetamol using acetic anhydride, acetic acid, and their mixtures. Synthesis is carried out by reacting p-aminophenol with acetylating compounds at each variation of moles. The synthesized crude is recrystallized using hot distilled water. To determine the purity of the synthesized compound, the TLC test was carried out with distilled water eluent: acetone (6: 4), determination of the melting point, and analysis of the IR spectrophotometer. TLC test results for the synthesis of paracetamol from p-aminophenol and acetic anhydride (experiment I); p-aminophenol and acetic anhydride with acetic acid (experiment III) showed Rf values ​​of 0.88 and 0.88, respectively. Melting point test results 169-173 <sup>0</sup>C (experiment I) and 168-170 <sup>0</sup>C (experiment III). The results of the IR spectra of synthesis experiments I and III obtained peak data that were identical to those of pure paracetamol. The potential for biodiversity can be utilized by the surrounding community and one of them is used as a medicinal plant. The long-term goal of the research is the development of potential medicinal plants from Central Java Province as an effort to improve the degree of public health. The specific target to be achieved is to know how to use medicinal plants, how to obtain medicinal plants, and the types of medicinal plants that are used by the people of Brebes Regency, Central Java Province. The methods used are exploratory surveys and the Participatory Rural Appraisal method, which is an assessment process oriented towards the involvement and active role of the community in research. Community involvement is obtained through interviews with semi-structural interview techniques that are guided by a list of questions such as the local name of the plant, partly used, benefits, how to use it, plant status (wild / cultivation), and others. Each plant used as a traditional medicinal ingredient was identified. The sample of this study is traditional medicine i.e., baby shaman, massage shaman, Data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that a total of 30 plant species were used by the people of Pandansari village as medicinal plants. The parts of the plant that are utilized are roots, stems, leaves, flowers, seeds, fruits, and rhizomes.
