PENGGUNAAN ALAT PERAGA KONKRET UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATERI PENGURANGAN KELAS I SD NEGERI RAJAWETAN 02 KECAMATAN TONJONG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran Matematika di kelas I SD Negeri Rajawetan 02 belum menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan, terlihat dari motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik tampak masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penggunaan alat peraga konkret. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran terlihat dari meningkatnya partisipasi, keterlibatan dan aktivitas belajar siswa. Selanjutnya ketuntasan belajar dari setiap pembelajaran mengalami kenaikan yaitu 7 siswa (26,92%)  pada pra siklus menjadi 15 siswa (57,69%) pada siklus I dan 23 siswa (88,46%) pada siklus II.

Mathematics learning process in the first grade of SDN Rajawetan 02 had not shown satisfactory result, it could be seen by motivation and the students’ result study still low. the study was conducted with the aim to enhance motivation and students’ result study through the use of concrete props. This research was classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles. The result of this research showed the improvement of the students’ motivation in the learning process, it seen from increased participation, involvement and students’ activity learning. Furthermore, mastery learning of each learning has increased 2 students (26,92%) in pre cycle being 15 students (57,69%) in first cycle and 23 student (88,46) in the second cycle.
