RASIONALITAS PENGGUNAAN OBAT HIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK DENGAN HEMODIALISA DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM MUHAMMADIYAH SITI AMINAH BUMIAYU TAHUN 2022
Abstract
Hypertension is one of the most dangerous health problems in the world. In
Indonesia, the hypertension rate is quite high, reaching 32% of total population.
This means that one in three Indonesians suffer from hypertension. Hypertension
is a major factor that affects cardiovaskular diseases such as chronic kidney
failure. Kidney disease due to hypertension is the main cause of chronic kidney
failure. The results of observations made at RSUM Siti Aminah Bumiayu in
January-October 2021 obtained data on the use hypertension drugs in patiens
with chronic kidney failure who underwent hemodialysis therapy as many as 208
patiens. This study use a non-experimental observation method using a cohort
study with a sample of a 60 respondents who meet the inclusion criteria, in this
study using a simple linear regression analysis method assisted by the SPSS
application. After doing the reseach, it was found that the rationality of using
hypertension drugs, namely the right patient, the right indication and the right
dose reached 100%, while the right drug reached 98,33%. The result of univariat
analysis showed that the rationality of using the right hypertension drug was
96,7%, while the wrong drug was 3,3%. Stability of the use of hypertension
medication which is stable is 95%, while unstable is 5%. The result of simple
linear regression show that there is significant effect between rationality of drug
use on the stability of hypertension drug use in patient with chronic kidney
failure with hemodialysis at the Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General
Hospital in 2022 with a p value of 0,03 < 0,05
