PENGARUH TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN EFEK SAMPING VAKSIN COVID-19 TERHADAP KEMAUAN MASYARAKAT MENGIKUTI VAKSINASI DI PUSKESMAS KROYA II TAHUN 2021

COVID-19 virus started from a case pneumonia with no known cause, most likely started from the animal market in Wuhan city. Positif confirmed in Indonesia are increasing everyday and reached 4.232.009 as of 14 October 2021. Government conducts mass vaccination to break the chain of spread and create herd immunity in public. The vaccination rate in Indonesia reaches 104.308.945 as of 14 October 2021, just reached 50% of the vaccination target. This study used a quantitative description method by using a questionnaire with a sample of 372 people, in the study using multiple linear regression analysis methods assisted by the SPSS application. After the research was carried out, the results obtained were 71,9% of respondents with good knowledge 9.8%, enough knowledge 26,7% and not good knowledge 1,3%. Respondents who experienced side effects were 76,2% and not experienced were 23,8%. T test results show the influence of knowledge on willingness to vaccinate with p Value 0,000 < 0,05 and effect of side effects on willingness to vaccinate with p Value 0,010 > 0,05. Multiple linear regression results show knowledge has the most significant influence than side effects on willingless to COVID-19 vaccinate at the Puskesmas Kroya II in 2021 with p Value 0,003 < 0,05.
