Analisis Cost Of Illness Pasien Stroke Non Hemoragik Rawat Inap Peserta BPJS di RSUD Bumiayu Tahun 2023

COI (Cost of Illness) analysis of stroke patients needs to be carried out periodically in line with economic developments and health technology updates and to see the suitability between real costs and INA-CBG's (Indonesian Case Base Group) rates. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of therapy, cost of illness, and suitability of real costs with the INA-CBG's rates for inpatient non hemorrhagic stroke patients at RSUD Bumiayu. This study is a non-experimental observation and retrospective data collection. The subjects of this study were all inpatient non-hemorrhagic stroke patients, namely 35 patients, and those who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were 28 patients. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and the Mann Whitney test. There is a positive difference between real costs and INA-CBG's rates in the costs of BPJS non-hemorrhagic stroke patients at RSUD Bumiayu. The Cost Of Illness for non-hemorrhagic stroke patients at RSUD Bumiayu is IDR 46,969,877 (n=28).
